Information: Health preservation plays a major role in Chinese medicine. Patients are encouraged to take a more active role in their health by learning about diet, exercise, massage / acupressure techniques and much much more.

In this talk James & Alex will introduce the basics of Chinese Health Preservation and teach practical skills you can take home and use in everyday use.

World Medicine are the Open Space Acupuncture Clinic's chosen charity. They take alternative therapies to deprived areas of the world, to treat the local people and help educate the local health professionals in simple techniques they can use to help their communities.
